At Rai Ahmed, our goal is to deliver top-quality traditional wear while offering flexibility and great customer service. You can cancel your order within a specific time window before it enters the shipping phase.

Order Cancellation Policy:

  • You can request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Once your shalwar kameez for men or any item is shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation after confirmation.
