At Rai Ahmed, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the quality of our shalwar kameez for men, boys, and teens, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase you make.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
What item Can be Exchange or Returned?
You may request an exchange or return for any item that:
Has not been worn, washed, or altered
Is returned in its original packaging with all tags intact
Is reported for exchange/return within 7 days of delivery
Please note: Customized or altered items are not eligible for exchange or return.
Exchange Policy
We allow size or design exchanges for eligible items. Here’s how:
Contact our customer support via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Mention your order number, item to exchange, and preferred size or design.
Once approved, send the product back to our address via any courier service.
After inspection, your exchange will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
Customers are responsible for courier charges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Return & Refund Policy
In rare cases where an item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product is sent:
You may request a full refund or replacement.
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or EasyPaisa within 5–7 working days after product inspection.
Note: We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or minor color shade differences due to screen variations.
Important Note!
Products on sale or discounted are not eligible for return or exchange.
If the original product is not available for exchange, you may choose another item of equal value.
Any returned product that does not meet our quality check will be sent back without refund.
